While we were able to reach many people with the Gospel over the last decade, we knew that we needed to expand our reach from one or two evangelists to a full roster of national evangelists, trained and equipped to meet the spiritual needs of their people. The School of the Harvesters was created to meet that need.

The School of the Harvesters was created to train nationals to be ministers of the Gospel, prepared to reach their communities and country and to cross borders into China, India, Bangladesh, India, and more. It provides evangelism and ministry training to present the Gospel, minister to their community, and plant churches. Education and mentorship is provided to national pastors with proven methods and teachings that have successfully developed new disciples. We believe true missions happens when a believer is engaging their world with the Gospel and work to give these believers the tools to be effective in ministering to their own communities.

We recognize the importance of not only teaching pastors to be effective communicators but also helping to train them in sustainable church planting practices. Our agri-missions projects support them while their ministry is being established and our education projects are instrumental in providing business and agricultural training as needed to help their ministries quickly become self-sustaining.
